Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Center for Strategic Studies and the leading Turkish think tankOn March 7, 2011 Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in Baku between the Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
Memorandum was signed by Dr. Gulshan Pashayeva, Acting Director of the CSS on behalf of the Azerbaijani side. European Dimension of Caspian EnergyOn Thursday November 18, 2010, the SAM Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan co-hosted a roundtable discussion with Belgium's Transcaspian Initiative entitled “European Dimension of Caspian Energy” Mr. Mihnea Constantinescu, ambassador-at-large and special representative for energy security in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania reported on the need for smart investments in wise partnerships.
