I came, I saw… I MisappropriatedAbout acknowledgements of Armenians of their history
This book is published by the Social and Political Studies Union with the support of the SAM Center for Strategic Studies. Majority of thoughts used in the book “I came, I saw… I Misappropriated” were sounded by Armenians themselves and on the base of Armenian sources; the other part - by Russian and European scholars. Materials used in this book were extracted from Kamran Imanov’s “Non-indigenous tales of Armenians”, Baku, 2008 and Israfil Abbasli’s books “Azerbaijan verities from Armenian sources”, Baku, 2008.
Political Parties in Azerbaijan: from Election to ElectionThe new publication namely “Political Parties in Azerbaijan: from Election to Election” of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been published. The book is addressed to a broad audience interested in forming of political parties in Azerbaijan since independence gained, its dynamics, participation in election processes and its actual state. The ideological spectrum of the parties, resources and election tactics, the situation prior to 2010 parliamentary elections and its main goals were also described in the publication.
In preparation of the book were widely used the materials of the Survey namely: “Political Parties in Azerbaijan – 2010: the Survey on the Situation Before the Parliamentary Elections and Plans” carried out with the political parties’ leaders and functioners of the independent research union “Research Council” as well as official statistical information of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan namely “About the Participation of the Political Parties in the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections 1995-2008 of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
Second Chance. Zbiqnev BjezinskiThe Center for Strategic Studies has completed working on the translation of "Second Chance" and has published a book by Zbigniew Brzezinski, political scientist, and one of the advanced theorists of American foreign policy, a statesman who served as United States National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, currently professor of American foreign policy at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies and a counsellor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington D.C.

It contains the 12-year cumulative research and judgments of over 2,500 thoughtful and creative people. The enclosed CD of about 6,300 pages contains the cumulative work of the Millennium Project since 1996 and details of the studies included in the print version.
